Copyright

Faith King, including its name, branding, app design, code, and original written content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the app except as allowed by law or with written permission.

Bible text displayed in the app may come from licensed or public-domain sources and remains the property of their respective copyright holders where applicable.

Terms of Use

By downloading or using Faith King, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Faith King on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.

Subscriptions

Faith King may offer auto-renewing subscriptions (“Faith King Pro” or similar) through Apple In-App Purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Free trial terms, if offered, are shown in the app at purchase time.

App Lock & Screen Time

Faith King uses Apple Screen Time APIs to block apps you select. You are responsible for choosing appropriate apps and using the feature lawfully. We are not responsible for missed messages, work obligations, or emergencies caused by blocked apps. You can adjust or remove blocks in the app and iOS Settings.

AI-generated content

Devotional reflections, prayers, journal prompts, and verse suggestions may be generated by AI. AI output is for inspiration and personal devotion only. It is not pastoral, medical, legal, or professional advice. Always verify scripture references and consult qualified counsel when needed.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app for unlawful purposes
Attempt to bypass subscriptions, security, or Screen Time restrictions improperly
Abuse AI features to generate harmful, harassing, or illegal content
Reverse engineer or scrape the service except where permitted by law

Disclaimer

Faith King is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that app locking will always occur at a specific time (device and iOS limitations may apply).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Faith King.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
